A published author, speaker, and pediatric occupational therapist with more than 20 years of experience, Sarah has worked closely with children and families navigating early developmental milestones and sensory processing challenges. Her career has been dedicated to empowering kids, supporting parents, and mentoring fellow therapists, all with the goal of nurturing growth and confidence in every child.

Inspired by the joy, imagination, and resilience she’s witnessed in children throughout her career, Sarah now writes playful, heartwarming picture books designed especially for preschoolers.
Through her stories, she hopes to spark curiosity, encourage empathy, and celebrate the magic of everyday life.
